Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Lowell, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized in a busy setting, and can manage a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy. The ideal candidate will help maintain efficient workflows by handling administrative coordination, responding to incoming calls, and completing data-related tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations organized and running smoothly.

Respond to inbound phone calls professionally, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy.

Enter, update, and maintain records in office systems while checking information for completeness and correctness.

Prepare routine documents, correspondence, and general administrative materials as needed.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic office logistics to support team productivity.

Organize files and records so that information is easy to access and properly maintained.

Provide front-line office support by assisting with general questions and administrative requests. Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication.

Data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures.

Proficiency with standard office software and computer-based administrative tasks.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Reliable written and verbal communication skills.
