Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a hotel-based team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage front-desk coordination, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling communication, scheduling, and general office tasks with accuracy and discretion. Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members in a courteous and efficient manner.

Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and help keep schedules organized for staff and department activities.

Perform a range of administrative support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Enter, update, and maintain information in internal records and databases with a strong focus on accuracy.

Welcome visitors and assist with front-desk coverage while providing courteous receptionist support.

Prepare, organize, and distribute routine documents, correspondence, and office materials as needed.

Monitor administrative workflows and provide general clerical assistance to help the team stay on track.

Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.

Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating day-to-day activities.

Proficiency with general administrative office procedures and standard business software.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
