Our client, a leader in the filtration industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Safely pick and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate packaging and documentation for shipments.

Receive inbound freight, verify accuracy against packing slips, and prepare products for shipping.

Utilize manual or mechanical equipment to load and unload products, maintaining inventory accuracy.

Participate in the production of special sized filters as needed, following documented procedures.

Conduct regular self-audits and assist in physical inventory processes to ensure operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to participate in required training initiatives and adapt to new procedures.
