Warehouse Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operator ($18/hour)

Job Description

This role supports a high-volume global distribution center by accurately picking and moving products using stand-up forklifts and other industrial equipment. You will fulfill orders from pick tickets, handle both full and partial pallets, and ensure accurate counts using basic math and scanning technology.

Responsibilities

Operate a stand-up forklift, including Raymond equipment, to safely move, load, and unload products within the warehouse.

Pick orders from pick tickets, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.

Handle both full pallets and partial pallets, staging and organizing them according to warehouse procedures.

Use basic math skills to verify counts and confirm that picked quantities match order requirements.

Assist with unloading incoming shipments and loading outbound shipments as needed.

Use RF or Honeywell scan guns, when applicable, to scan and track inventory and order fulfillment.

Support general warehouse operations, including packaging, staging, and organizing inventory.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating industrial equipment and working in the warehouse.

Maintain good attendance, reliability, and consistent job performance.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment within a global distribution center. You will work around industrial equipment, pallets, and racking systems, frequently operating stand-up forklifts such as Raymond units and using RF or Honeywell scan guns when required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
