Work Environment Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to: Sit at desk for extended periods of time Use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, and reach for items Listen to and talk with fellow staff and internal and external customers Frequently required to crouch, crawl, stoop, or kneel Be able to lift 50 pounds

Job Summary Responsible for ensuring accurate movement and storage of goods in warehouse. May work on own or as part of a team. Routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as scanners, printers, trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Manage production orders, verifying paperwork matches the built item, closing and filing of production orders. Print packing slips for all sales orders, ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to special shipping or packaging instructions Box and properly package sales orders. May print daily sales order shippers. Be aware of day-to-day functions and take the initiative when able to assist co-workers Use common sense and warehouse knowledge to better our business and work environment. Carry out tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Wearing proper safety equipment and always follow all safety codes. Keep areas safe, clean, and organized. Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform the described duties and the following Warehouse functions: RECEIVING, PARTS PULL, SHIPPING, or CYCLE COUNT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

WAREHOUSE FUNCTIONS

Receiving Unload material, sort incoming truck shipments and identify "rush" material. Use hand-held scanner to receive material, store correctly and write discrepancies when needed. Perform bin and inventory adjustments of material with system software. Must be able to monitor inbound materials and cross dock. Package, label, consolidate and move inventory to keep warehouse neat and orderly. Identify & label inventoried or requisition items.

Parts Pull Use hand-held scanner and printer to locate and pull parts. Perform bin and inventory adjustments with system software. Able to research and use deductive reasoning to locate misplaced material Pull sales orders and production orders from start to completion. Able to use cable spooler and cable cutter. Package, label, consolidate and move inventory to keep warehouse neat and orderly. Maintain Excel spreadsheet production order log.
