Job Description

The Cash Services Extended Network (CSEN) Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational performance of the extended cash services network, including cash vault vendors, armored carriers, financial institution partners, and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors, operations teams, product partners, customer support groups, and compliance functions to ensure service levels, operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

The analyst monitors operational performance, researches and resolves service issues, analyzes trends, supports implementation activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the cash services ecosystem.

Schedule is 8 hours within 7am-5pm

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
