About the role:

Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Document Control Specialist. You will support large-scale capital projects, including wind farms, solar developments, repower projects, substations, transmission projects, and other major infrastructure programs valued at $15M+. You will be a critical member of the project team, ensuring the project team tracks, reviews, distributes, and delivers project drawings, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation throughout the approval lifecycle.

Monitor document workflows and follow up with project team members to ensure deadlines and approval requirements are met.

Manage shared project email inboxes and maintain documentation tracking logs using tools such as OneNote and SharePoint.

Route drawings and project documents to appropriate reviewers and maintain visibility of document status.

Perform document quality reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Bluebeam, or similar tools.

Maintain both electronic and physical document libraries.

Print, assemble, bind, package, and distribute large-format drawing sets and project documentation.

Prepare and ship document packages to construction sites and project team members.

Communicate with project managers, engineers, construction personnel, and equipment suppliers regarding document status and project needs.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a professional administrative, project coordination, document control, or project support role.

High school diploma/GED
