As a CNA, you'll be one of the caregivers who knows residents best. You'll spend your days helping individuals maintain their independence, comfort, and well-being while developing meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Most importantly, you'll help make every day a little safer, more comfortable, and more meaningful for the people we serve.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
You'll provide hands-on support with daily activities while helping residents maintain as much independence as possible.
You'll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines while ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
You'll become a familiar and trusted presence in residents' lives, building relationships that help them feel seen, valued, and supported.
You'll observe changes in condition, communicate important information to the nursing team, and help ensure residents receive timely care and attention.
You'll assist residents in participating in activities, appointments, meals, worship opportunities, and social events that contribute to a fulfilling daily experience.
You'll work alongside nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team to support each resident's individualized plan of care.
Some days you'll help a resident regain confidence after an illness. Other days you'll offer encouragement during therapy, celebrate a birthday, listen to a life story, or simply brighten someone's day with your presence.
Every day, your care has a direct impact on a resident's comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
