What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you'll work closely with experienced engineers to support a variety of design and analysis projects.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects
Prepare structural calculations for steel, concrete, and foundation systems
Develop and refine engineering models to evaluate structural performance and safety
Support the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical design challenges
Assist with structural assessments, modifications, and improvement projects
Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions
Apply engineering principles and industry design standards to project work
Maintain accurate project documentation and calculations
Continuously develop technical knowledge through mentorship, training, and real-world project experience
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited university
Coursework in structural analysis, steel design, and concrete design
Internship, co-op, research, senior design project, or other relevant engineering experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering design software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
