Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Location: Walterboro, SC

Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a manufacturing facility in Walterboro, SC.

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer service to key and online accounts.

Coordinate the entry and accuracy of sales orders.

Ensure information entered into the E1 system is accurate, including pricing, SKU numbers, and delivery dates.

Manage online orders, shipping confirmations, and invoicing processes.

Notify the entering entity of promise dates by delivering order confirmations to the consignee.

Prepare debit and credit documents as required by order demand.

Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders and product questions.

Provide effective, efficient, and positive customer service through problem-solving.

Take ownership of customer issues and know when to escalate concerns to the department manager.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
