Job Description

We are hiring a Corporate Income Tax expert to embed real-world tax judgment into its product. This role sits within the Tax domain team and works directly with product and engineering to build software that automates corporate income tax compliance across the U.S. and global jurisdictions.

This is a hands-on, builder role. You will bring deep experience in corporate income tax compliance and help translate how tax teams actually operate into scalable workflows, logic, and tooling. The focus is not on filing returns, but on building the systems that support how those returns are prepared, reviewed, and validated. You will play a key role in shaping how multinational corporations manage net income calculations, adjustments, and compliance processes through software.

Skills and Requirements

-Strong background in corporate tax compliance

-Experience working with tax returns, net income calculations, and book-to-tax adjustments

-Hands-on mentality; comfortable building, testing, and iterating on processes

-Ability to translate tax rules into clear, structured workflows or logic

-Experience in multinational tax environments

-Strong collaboration skills across tax, product, and engineering teams -Experience outside the U.S. (international tax exposure, global compliance)

-Background at a large accounting firm (Big 4 or similar)

-Experience working with or implementing tax technology / software tools

-Exposure to building or influencing tax platforms, automation, or AI-driven workflows

-Familiarity with ERP systems, tax engines, or financial systems
