Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and executive-level initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, prepare documentation, and serve as a key point of contact across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and department teams

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents

Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information

Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting logistics

Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and follow-up activities

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors

Support office operations and identify opportunities to improve processes

Handle special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a senior-level role

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience supporting executives, managers, or multiple departments preferred

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
