What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Organizing, coordinating, and implementing office processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinating audio-visual equipment and preparing meeting facilities (including Skype, WebEx, teleconference, and VTC).
Managing conference room setups, snack arrangements, and beverage services (including coffee, Nespresso, and water equipment maintenance).
Establishing and maintaining par levels for office and food supplies, organizing supply/storage areas, and refilling copier and kitchenette stations.
Supporting event planning, reservation management, catering orders, and high-visibility special projects (executive visits, desk moves, and EA task ownership).
Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Managing office logistics including directory maintenance, phone lists, desk assignments, personnel move tracking, and team-specific supply orders.
Collaborating across departments to resolve day-to-day administrative issues and participating in the campus Emergency Fire Warden Safety program.
