Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Administrative Assistant position in Berea, OH. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $ 22.73/hour

Responsibilities:

Scan, organize, and electronically file company documents in accordance with established procedures

Ensure documents are accurately scanned, indexed, labeled, and stored in the appropriate electronic folders

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while performing repetitive administrative and document control tasks

Utilize computer systems and electronic filing tools to support records management processes

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

2-3 years of administrative, records management, document control, or related experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency

Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $22.73 per hour
