We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a fabrication environment. This fully onsite opportunity is a contract position with the potential to become permanent, suited for someone who enjoys keeping information organized, communication flowing, and administrative tasks on track. The person in this role will help maintain records, coordinate office needs, and provide dependable support across routine business activities.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

Enter and maintain accurate information in Excel and Smartsheet to support office and operational records.

Prepare and send outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and mailed documents, with strong attention to detail.

Manage office and kitchen inventory by ordering supplies and restocking essential items as needed.

Review daily timesheet submissions from the superintendent and follow up on missing timecards to help keep records current.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct questions or messages to the appropriate contacts.

Provide general administrative support by organizing documents, tracking routine tasks, and assisting with scheduling needs.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative support role within a detail-focused office or industrial setting.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience using email and phone communication for both internal coordination and external customer service.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and meet routine deadlines.

Comfortable working fully onsite in Antioch, California.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle inbound calls and support day-to-day office operations effectively. TalentMatch®
