Description

Our client in the Clarks Summit area is seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the organization.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.

Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.

Assist with invoicing, expense reports, and basic administrative accounting tasks.

Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.

Support office projects and provide administrative assistance to multiple departments.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements

2+ years of administrative, office support, or executive support experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Professional, customer-focused attitude.
