Kelly Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain EPA records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Assist in organizing files, documents, and data entry tasks.

Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed.

Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Support team members with various clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus.

Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
