Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team Member
Job Description
Join a growing warehouse fulfillment team on the night shift, where you will select, assemble, and pack small, lightweight baby care products and accessories with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency. You will work from pick sheets to build orders, verify item counts, and prepare packages for outbound shipping while following established safety procedures and supporting daily production goals in a clean, well-organized facility.
Responsibilities
Select orders from pick sheets, focusing on small and lightweight items such as baby onesies, clothing, binkies, accessories, bottles, and other baby care products.
Pack orders by double-checking item accuracy, choosing appropriate box sizes, loading products, and securely taping packages for shipment.
Accurately assemble product kits based on detailed order specifications and customer requirements.
Verify product counts, inspect items for quality, and ensure all components are present and correctly included in each order or kit.
Label products and packages clearly and correctly to support efficient outbound shipping and inventory control.
Prepare completed kits and orders for outbound shipping in accordance with warehouse processes and timelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area to support safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
Use tools such as RF scanners and labeling equipment as needed to complete picking and packing tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed daily production and accuracy goals.
Support general labor tasks in the warehouse, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities as assigned.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse or production experience.
Consistent and reliable work history demonstrating dependability and strong attendance.
Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations, including order selection and packing.
Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse environment.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Ability to use RF scanners for picking, inventory, or order tracking.
Attention to detail when verifying product counts and checking order accuracy.
Ability to follow written pick sheets and order specifications accurately.
Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse packing and picking/packing workflows.
Background in retail or similar customer-focused environments.
Comfort working with small, lightweight items and assembling product kits.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.
Ability to maintain an organized work area and manage multiple tasks during a shift.

Work Environment
This role is based in a modern, brand-new warehouse facility with clearly defined shifts and structured operations. The primary schedule for this position is the night shift from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The facility also operates a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Work involves handling small, lightweight baby care products, using tools such as RF scanners and labeling equipment, and performing general warehouse tasks in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
