Bank Teller

Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller to provide exceptional service while assisting members with a variety of financial products and services. This role involves handling cash transactions, supporting account services, resolving member inquiries, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to members and prospective members.
Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with checking, savings, IRA, trust, and estate accounts.
Support lending products, credit cards, debit cards, and other financial services.
Research and resolve account discrepancies and member concerns.
Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to educate members on available products and services.
Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
Previous customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, or service industries.
Cash handling experience with strong attention to detail.
Administrative and data entry experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Banking or financial services experience.
Sales or cross-selling experience.
Account management experience.

Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Flexibility required.
One weekday off when scheduled to work Saturday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
