Required qualifications and academic background:

Requires entry- to mid-level expertise in a manufacturing process environment.

BS in Industrial Engineering with manufacturing environment experience.

US citizenship is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

Detail-oriented and self-driven professionals.

Ability to communicate effectively within the organization.

Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).

Prior experience in process modeling, highly desired.

Prior experience in manufacturing process design, highly desired.

SAP experience is a plus.

Proficient in MS Excel.

Proficient in waste identification and time observations.

Highly adaptable individual capable of multitasking within tasks.

Cost modeling experience highly desired **.
