Location: This position is based in Puerto Rico only. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

Schedule: This position will work an 8-hour from shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (ATL) Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be necessary based on company needs.

The CarelonRx Specialty Account Manager PR Sales is responsible for building relationships with manufacturer representatives, physician office staff, and other associates to communicate the merits of referring patients to services provided by the business unit.

How you will make an impact.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Develops therapy plans including targeting, routing, and call cycle based on territory knowledge.

Utilizes strategic business sales plan and market intelligence for authorization. Implements the territory sales plan and works with manufacturer representatives to maintain current awareness of product updates and other pertinent information.

Responds to inquiries from referral sources. Analyzes prescribing patterns across the territory and specifically by office.

Updates the territory sales plan to achieve defined results in collaboration with leadership.

Works with operations to review procedures and requirements while maintaining awareness of software use and capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BS/BA or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

For associates working within Puerto Rico who are member or patient facing either in a clinical setting or in the Best Transportation unit, a current PR health certificate and a current PR Law 300 certificate are required for this position.
