Customer Service Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Greenville, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour + 10% Shift Differential ($19.53/hour effective rate)

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

CBRE is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support a major telecommunications client in Greenville, TX.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, ensuring prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer support during overnight operations. You will partner with vendors, field technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, manage work orders, monitor facility alarms and systems, and maintain accurate service records.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, works well independently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As part of CBRE's Facilities Management team, you'll play a critical role in supporting 24/7 operations and maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

This is a fully onsite temporary position located in Greenville, TX, working an overnight schedule of Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM .

What You'll Do

Respondtoincomingcustomerinquiriesandfacility-relatedservicerequestsviaphone,email,andservicemanagementsystems.

Monitorfacilitysystemsandalarmnotifications,followingestablishedproceduresandescalationguidelines.

Create,track,andmanageserviceticketswithindesignatedsystems.

Dispatchworkordersandservicerequeststovendorsfortimelycompletion.

Rundailyoperationalreportstoassistfieldteamswithtroubleshootingandalarmvalidation.

Communicateeffectivelywithcustomers,vendors,andinternalstakeholdersregardingworkorderstatusandupdates.

MaintainaccuraterecordswithinCMMSandotherservicemanagementsystems.

Supportdepartmentalcommunicationinitiativesanddistributeservice-relatedupdates.

Assistwithonboardingandtrainingnewteammembersonsystems,processes,andcustomerserviceprocedures.

Deliverexceptionalcustomerservicewhileensuringaccuracy,professionalism,andattentiontodetail.

Supportovernightoperationsbyidentifyingandescalatingcriticalissuesasneeded.

What You'll Need

HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired.

Minimumof2yearsofcustomerservice,administrativesupport,callcenter,dispatching,orrelatedexperience.

Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

Abilitytotroubleshootroutineissuesandexercisesoundjudgmentwhenresolvingcustomerconcerns.

IntermediateproficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuite.

Experienceworkingwithticketingsystems,CMMSplatforms,orservicemanagementsoftwarepreferred.

Abilityto@typeapproximately45-50wordsperminute.

Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytomultitaskandprioritizeresponsibilities.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyinanovernightenvironmentwhilemaintainingahighstandardofcustomerservice.

Abilitytointerpretinstructions,correspondence,andoperationalproceduresaccurately.
