Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer for a full-time or part-time position. This role is perfect for individuals with 3-5 years of experience and a keen interest in becoming an Architect. The position involves conducting site surveys to assess existing conditions using 3D scanning software and drafting the results into computer-aided design programs. Our projects span industrial, office, retail, and interior domains.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing conditions using 3D scanning software.

Draft and input survey results into computer-aided design programs.

Work on a variety of projects including industrial, office, retail, and interior designs.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience in conducting surveys and drafting construction documents.

A genuine interest in pursuing a career as an Architect.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in working with construction documents.

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based with on-site visits for taking measurements. There is an option for a hybrid work schedule, allowing 1-2 days a week remotely for those with sufficient experience. This is a Contract position based out of Towson, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
