As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting our field operations by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are available when and where they are needed. On a Typical Day You Will
Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts and equipment.
Manage inventory and help ensure materials are available to support field operations.
Arrange deliveries and pickups for job sites and service teams.
Support tool and equipment management to help maintain operational readiness.
Process and maintain required documentation and records accurately.
Assist with vehicle fleet administration activities including permits and related paperwork.
Support environmental and safety compliance activities, including waste management coordination.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
Order parts and materials as needed to support business operations.
Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
Prepare materials and equipment for delivery to field locations.
Coordinate waste oil collection and disposal activities in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit required documentation related to regulated waste shipments.
Track and process paperwork associated with city permits and fleet-related activities.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certified
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Clean driving record.
Ability to operate larger company vehicles, including F250 and F350 trucks.
Ability to successfully complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) examination.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Salary Transparency:
The salary range for this role is? $50,000-$70,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
