About the Role:
A Process Innovation Specialist facilitates process improvement efforts with cross-functional groups for moderately complex processes. They deconstruct and document current processes, identify appropriate solutions to root cause issues, and design improved future states. They also capture opportunities for robotic process automation, including detailed steps for handoff to a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer.
Work closely with the business line leaders to translate desired experiences into tangible processes
Liaise between business and technical teams
Adapt process improvement methodology to the situation
Develop strong, effective working relationships with business lines and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and ensure the sustainability of transformation practices
Help identify changes needed in backroom support teams and control functions to support the efficient execution of transformation projects
Work with various teams to implement changes
Help remove barriers and inefficiencies that are slowing down processes
Maintain awareness of potential regulatory and compliance needs in processes
Facilitate candid, orderly discussions among diverse groups and achieve outcomes which support end state goals
Create communication and change management plans

About You:
3 years - of experience in process improvement and innovation in a retail, back office, or financial services setting (Required)
Effective utilization of a diverse set of facilitation techniques
Ability to manage multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical resources
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Create communication and change management plans
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Prior use of Microsoft PowerApp suite of products is preferred
Advanced Visio skills
Strong organizational skills
Pragmatic problem-solver
Forward thinker with independence of thought
Skilled at human performance change management
Effective verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this role is $61,082.00 - $116,000.00
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
