As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Patterson, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Security Officer supporting a busy retail location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting observations according to site-specific procedures.

Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by providing directions, addressing customer concerns, and documenting incidents and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
