You will support the Chief Business Technology Directors, managers, supervisors, and staff across multiple divisions, providing executive-level operational insight, guidance, and administrative assistance.
In addition, you will represent MNIT at DHS on delegated activities, contribute to departmental policy and process implementation, and ensure accurate documentation, budget coordination, and support for multiple financial and administrative functions. The role also includes responsibility for virtual collaboration through Microsoft Teams, maintaining shared sites, and facilitating effective communication channels.
