As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support guests, residents, and staff through professional communication and exceptional customer service while reporting observations and responding to site needs. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Day Time

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of guest areas, parking areas, building exteriors, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
