Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

After Training: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM

Looking for an opportunity to grow with a Fortune 100 financial company? We're hiring a Mortgage Closer I to support the mortgage closing process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative, clerical, banking, or mortgage-related experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail. You'll work closely with closing agents, real estate professionals, and internal teams to help ensure loans close accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

? Prepare and review mortgage closing packages

? Verify loan documentation and closing requirements

? Coordinate with settlement agents, attorneys, and internal partners

? Resolve documentation issues and discrepancies

? Calculate and verify loan figures and disbursements

? Ensure loans meet regulatory and company requirements

? Maintain accurate records and prepare files for post-closing review

What We're Looking For

? Administrative, clerical, banking, or mortgage experience

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

? Comfortable working with numbers and reviewing documentation

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills

? Experience using computer systems and digital tools

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.44 - $18.44/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
