Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Armed Security Officer for a State Site in Brockton MA

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 730 AM - 7 PM AND Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM

Starting Pay is $23.79 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience

As a Security Officer Armed in Brockton, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universall as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a transportation location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. A concealed carry weapons permit is required for this armed post. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.

Mon07:30 AM - 07:00 PM

Tue07:30 AM - 07:00 PM

Fri07:30 AM - 07:00 PM

Sat08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to transportation facility personnel, visitors, and the public by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, access points, roadways, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site representatives as needed.

Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials, vehicle permissions, and authorized entry in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, observations, and actions taken, and maintain required documentation for armed post assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
