We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Production Designer to bring creative campaigns to life across digital, retail, e-commerce, social, email, and additional marketing channels. This role partners closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to transform approved concepts into polished, production-ready assets while maintaining brand consistency, technical accuracy, and a high level of craft.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with excellent production execution skills. They are comfortable extending creative systems across multiple channels, managing high-volume asset development, and working independently in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

The Basics

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Broomfield, CO

Work Environment: Collaborative creative team supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives

Top 3 Required Qualifications

Multi-Channel Production Design Experience

Professional experience in production design, graphic design, digital design, retail design, or a related creative discipline

Proven ability to adapt creative concepts across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, email, and marketing channels

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design execution across a variety of formats and touchpoints
Advanced Design & Production Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong proficiency in Figma, including component-based systems, templates, shared libraries, and collaborative workflows

Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, composition, imagery, and production standards
High-Volume Asset Production & File Preparation

Experience producing and managing multiple asset versions, formats, sizes, and channel adaptations

Expertise preparing production-ready files for digital, print, retail, vendor, and partner requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control and accuracy

Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience creating both digital and retail marketing deliverables

Strong understanding of creative systems, templates, and scalable design approaches

Ability to quickly understand and extend established creative concepts while preserving original intent

Experience with image retouching and asset optimization

Familiarity with print specifications, digital export requirements, color modes, resolution standards, and file organization best practices

Ability to work independently and proactively with limited direction

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving requirements, and shifting priorities

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and sound creative judgment

Experience with campaign adaptation, localization, regionalization, and asset versioning preferred

Experience supporting consumer, retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands preferred

Familiarity with motion graphics workflows and motion-ready asset preparation preferred

Experience utilizing emerging AI-enabled creative, automation, or production tools preferred

Key Responsibilities

Creative Adaptation & Asset Development

Translate approved campaign concepts, visual systems, and brand identities into effective channel-specific executions

Design and adapt creative assets across digital, social, e-commerce, email, retail, wholesale, and other marketing touchpoints

Extend ideas thoughtfully across channels rather than simply resizing layouts

Ensure all adaptations maintain the integrity of the original creative concept

Digital & Retail Design Execution

Create polished digital assets optimized for multiple platforms, devices, placements, and screen sizes

Develop and adapt creative materials for retail signage, displays, fixtures, and in-store experiences

Maintain visual effectiveness across diverse formats while meeting channel-specific requirements

Production & File Management

Create production-ready assets according to platform, print, vendor, and channel specifications

Manage asset versioning, file organization, naming conventions, and documentation

Build scalable toolkits, templates, design systems, and production files that support internal teams and external partners

Ensure proper setup of dimensions, resolution, color settings, linked assets, and export requirements

Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency

Review deliverables for accuracy, typography, image quality, layout integrity, brand standards, and technical specifications

Ensure consistency across all versions, channels, and adaptations

Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly while preserving design quality and creative intent

Verify that all assets meet production and delivery requirements before release

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with designers, art directors, copywriters, creative directors, project managers, marketers, channel teams, agencies, and vendors

Communicate project status, dependencies, production requirements, and potential risks clearly

Support campaign development and production needs as priorities evolve

Contribute to process improvements that increase operational efficiency and creative consistency

Process Improvement & Innovation

Help refine production workflows, templates, design systems, and file structures

Identify opportunities to improve scalability, organization, and quality across projects

Explore new tools, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and creative execution

Recommend practical solutions that balance quality, speed, feasibility, and business needs
