The Marketing Coordinator II supports the company's sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator II collaborates with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure materials are aligned with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives. This role manages the local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and interviews staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise discretion, prioritize competing deadlines, and contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.
Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline OR 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry
Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in a position demonstrating time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing
