Our client, a leader in manufacturing supporting high-volume production environments, is seeking an Engineer - Degreed II to join their team. As an Engineer - Degreed II, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineer - Degreed II

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: $33

What's the Job?

Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting electrical and automated production equipment.

Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems and manufacturing processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.

Analyze equipment and process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

3-5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.

Experience with automated test equipment (ATE), data acquisition systems, or manufacturing testers.

Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.

Familiarity with electrical schematics and circuit troubleshooting.
