Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient
Location: Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient
Pay Range: $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately 8-10 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient
Charting: WebPT
Scrubs: Black
Minimum Experience: 1 year of PTA experience
License: Active Texas PTA license required
Certification: Current BLS required
Pay: $32-$35/hour, based on experience
Compensation & Incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000
Requirements
Current and active Texas PTA license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to work the full Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
Strong communication, patient-care, and clinical skills
Vaccination Requirements
Candidates must meet vaccination requirements for:
Hepatitis B
MMR
Varicella
Tdap
Influenza (Flu)
Additional Workplace Requirements
Black scrubs required
No facial piercings or tongue rings
