Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a healthcare team in Florida on a contract basis. This position supports high-volume phone outreach and inbound communication related to recruitment activities, while also handling administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works confidently with computer-based systems, and brings a thoughtful, service-focused approach to each interaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls to support recruitment-related communication and provide timely assistance to callers.

Enter, update, and maintain information accurately across internal records and tracking tools.

Draft and respond to emails with close attention to detail, ensuring clear follow-up and consistent communication.

Coordinate and schedule appointments while confirming details and addressing routine questions.

Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to organize information and complete daily administrative tasks.

Assist customers and candidates by resolving issues efficiently and escalating more complex concerns when needed.

Process order or request details with close attention to accuracy and completeness.

Adapt quickly to updated procedures, tools, or workflows as business needs change. Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented phone manner.

Comfort using computers and navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for routine business tasks.

Ability to think critically and make sound decisions when handling customer inquiries.

Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and customer support.

Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and apply them with minimal supervision.

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence.
