In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and maintain models used to calculate fully burdened cost rates.
Assist with the preparation and analysis of budgets across a variety of functional areas.
Support finance team activities related to external audits.
Contribute to special projects involving deferred revenue recognition and financial reporting.
Learn and support monthly financial close and reporting processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies.
Coursework in GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting, or related subjects.
Previous internship, co-op, project, leadership, or work experience in a professional environment.
Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and business operations.
Experience using data analysis tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
Strategic mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Demonstrated leadership through academic, volunteer, extracurricular, or community activities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to identify innovative solutions and recommend process improvements.
