Seeking Warehouse Workers that are looking for a FULL TIME job opportunity. This position focuses on accurately picking customer orders throughout the day in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work on foot, wearing a headset for voice-directed picking, and use an RF scanner to support stocking and inventory tasks. The role requires consistent walking, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity and accuracy without using powered material handling equipment. Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the shift using a headset-based system.

Walk up to approximately 10 miles per day while maintaining a steady and productive work pace.

Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.

Stock and maintain inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.

Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.

Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.

Handle products and materials safely, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.

Work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
