Envisioning is the conceptualization of the ideal future experience. The purpose of envisioning is to represent an imagined future experience in a way that teammates and potential users can interact with it and react to it. Envisioners use visual tools to explain complex ideas. They participate in research and act as creative leads to design new experiences that truly connect with people.
In this role, you will collaborate with experience designers, business strategists, engineers, data scientists and others to uncover insights, identify new opportunities, develop compelling value propositions and design solutions that are consumer-driven, financially viable and technologically feasible.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through all phases of project work, including client alignment, @contextual understanding, insight development, opportunity exploration and going to market
Listen with curiosity and an open mind to understand what truly matters to consumers and clients, setting aside personal preferences to design for the target consumer
Surface ideas and see a breadth of possibilities when faced with a problem through ideation, live scribing and interpreting real-time conversations
Communicate the team's vision by distilling the experience to its fundamental form and selecting the right medium (e.g., sketches, storyboards, proto@types, video) to communicate ideas clearly
Bring to life holistic solutions that enable consumers to experience new business strategies, helping people see what does not yet exist
Establish a foundation for design by articulating criteria and guidelines that ensure the future integrity of the experience
Translate abstract strategies into tangible experiences and actionable tools for design and development
Requirements
Degree in Design, Art, Communications or a related creative field
Excellent visualization skills (drawing, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
Exceptional presentation, storytelling and client-facing communication skills
Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences
Experience with consumer/user research, analysis, ideation, brainstorming techniques, sketching, prototyping and concept visualization
Ability to work quickly, visualize ideas at varying levels of fidelity and balance independent work with collaborative group settings
Willingness to travel approximately once a quarter for research and client meetings
A portfolio showcasing storyboarding, journey mapping and concept visualization
