Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate II works in a cleanroom production environment to assemble, inspect, and package continuous glucose monitoring systems. This role focuses on highly repetitive, hands-on work on a fast-paced production line, ensuring products meet quality standards and are accurately documented in electronic systems.
Responsibilities
Work in a cleanroom environment within the transmitter department on a high-volume production line.
Assemble and build continuous glucose monitoring systems, including G6 Pro transmitters and related components.
Manually move product pieces one by one down the line as part of a very manual assembly process.
Manually pair and attach applicators to transmitter components according to standard operating procedures.
Inspect products at each stage of the process for defects and ensure only quality parts move forward.
Package finished products for shipment to hospitals, following all packaging and labeling requirements.
Learn and perform each portion of the production line to provide flexibility and coverage across operations.
Perform electronic line clearances and accurately enter production and quality data into the Camstar application.
Maintain the required pace of the production line while performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Follow all SOP, GMP, and GDP requirements to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures, PPE use, and contamination control.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support continuous production operations.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing roles.
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment while wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Strong attention to detail for inspecting products and identifying defects at each stage.
Ability to perform very repetitive, manual tasks while maintaining quality and speed.
Reliable attendance and solid tenure in previous roles.
Comfort working in a loud, fast-paced production setting with limited side conversation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on a manufacturing floor or production line in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with electronic data entry and production tracking systems such as Camstar or similar applications.
Ability to learn multiple stations and processes along a production line.
Comfort working closely with other employees in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work occasional overtime, including starting shifts up to two hours early when needed.

Work Environment
This position is based in a cleanroom manufacturing environment on a production line. You will wear a full cleanroom suit provided by the employer, including mask, goggles, gloves, hair net, shoe covers, full bunny suit, and head cover. The production floor is temperature controlled and kept cold to support product quality. The environment is loud, and side chatter is discouraged to maintain focus and safety. Work is extremely fast paced and highly repetitive, with employees working in close proximity to one another on the line. No makeup, jewelry, piercings, fake nails, or nail polish are allowed on the manufacturing floor to comply with cleanroom and contamination-control standards. Overtime is not mandatory but is preferred, typically occurring up to two hours before the regular shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.50/hr.
