Shift Details
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Full-Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.

Minimum Qualifications
Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
High school Diploma or GED
Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors/residents - Welcome guests, residents, or clients warmly, verify identity or appointments, and direct them appropriately.
Manage front desk operations - Answer phones, respond to emails, handle mail/package deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Coordinate access and security - Issue visitor badges or keys, monitor building entry, and follow security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Provide information and support - Answer questions about building amenities, local attractions, services, or policies, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Schedule and coordinate services - Book reservations, arrange transportation, coordinate maintenance requests, or schedule appointments on behalf of residents/guests.
About You...
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.
You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm & friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.
Provide exceptional customer service for patients and guests.
Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
High school Diploma or GED
Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for your entire shift
Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (No Permits or Probationary License)
Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
Work well independently and as part of a team
Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learn new software that may be applied to daily tasks
Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)
Effectively build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Base pay of $14/hour
