CFSB Outside Sales Representative - Regional Account Manager:
States to be covered include Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. *You must live in one of these states.
Responsible for: Identifying, Quantifying and Maximizing sales opportunities within assigned territory consistent with established corporate and quality objectives. Must spearhead the development and/or maintenance of productive and effective relationships with existing customers, as well as prospective customers. Identifies and when appropriate initiates and participates in efforts to continually improve customer service and business processes. Ensures a clear, consistent, quantifiable and meaningful corporate presence within the territory.
Location: Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas or Oklahoma (Home office in Michigan)
Job Type: Full-Time (Outside Sales - Travel position)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (hours may fluctuate based on business)
Salary: Based on experience and background - $85K to $105K
Vehicle Allowance: $600/month
Bonus: Performance Award Plan, paid annually: Target of 25% of base salary - 15% Profit Sharing based on EBIDTA and 10% Commercial Incentives/Sales Goals

Required: You must have - CFSB - sales experience ; a minimum of 5-7 years' experience of Inside and/or Outside Sales
Preferred: Knowledge of Cold Finished Steel Bar and Seamless Tubing Sales
Education: College degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a Senior Sales Management role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently development of new business a top priority. Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Communicate to Sales Management effectively with information such as: Pricing trends, Market trends, Competitive information, and other vital market information.
Develop relationships at all levels of the businesses we serve.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Provides monthly territory sales forecasts.
Performs other duties as assigned; Write Call Reports, Monthly Territory Reports, Opportunity List updated monthly, Maintain Quote Log, and Weekly Itineraries for Travel Schedule.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and a high comfort level in initiating conversations, and be a self-starter and proactive problem solver with an ability to work independently.
Must be able to effectively access company computer business system remotely.
Must have and maintain a stellar driving record and be able to regularly travel throughout territory on a daily basis.
Must be able to cost effectively travel throughout the sales territory on a regular basis.
Must be capable of using various resources to identify, qualify and target potential customers and grow with those customers while maintaining solid relationship with established customers.
Regular and reliable attendance during assigned business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA or BS degree preferred
Significant experience in Sales Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and access a computerized business system
Cold Finished Steel Bar experience a must, Seamless Tubing and Tubing knowledge a plus
