Job Title: Sr Project Manager - Manufacturing

Location: Mobile, Alabama

Pay Range: 130-140K

What's the Job?

Manage and oversee complex industrial construction projects from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate project execution and resolve field issues in real time.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation, tracking RFIs, change orders, and risks effectively.

Lead project meetings, safety reviews, and construction coordination to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

Support project closeout activities, including commissioning, turnover, and documentation transfer to clients.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.

Minimum of 8-12 years of construction project management experience, preferably with large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industrial facility requirements.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
