Job Duties:This is a supervisory position that audits and vouchers payments against contracts or purchase orders, monitors and reconciles expenditures, encumbrances, budgetary coding, schedules payments in compliance with the Texas Prompt Payment Law, provides payment status, and monitors and tracks discounted invoices. You'd be a GOOD fit if:You meet the minimum criteria for the position, have financial experience, are proficient in Excel, dependable, excellent work ethic, team oriented, can lead others, and have supervisory experience.
