Responsibilities:

??Works directly with appropriate TMG personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach. ??Takes assigned project from original concept through final implementation. ??Implements all TMG toolbox items during start-ups ??Insures that TMG standard audit is at 100% compliance ??Creates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. ??Conducts project/transition meetings. ??Provides single point of contact for assigned projects. - Coordinates interaction and communication among TMG personnel. - Identifies and coordinates assignments of internal resources and external resources to meet TMG's project requirements. Works with appropriate personnel to allocate personnel time to project tasks and to track progress of their work. - Assesses and prepares to address the operational impacts, workflow, training, etc. issues of a project. ?Assists TMG Site Leadership in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or programs to support the TMG's goals (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.). ??Works closely with TMG personnel and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes. ??Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. ??Develops effective reporting tools for the business unit. ??Analyzes the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Site Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals. ??Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans and other QA assessments. ??Supports operational work load when needed in the event of absenteeism ??Special assignments and other operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

High Proficiency with Microsoft office applications - Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships. - Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude. A high level of confidentially is required. - Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient. - Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. - Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. - Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction. Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision.- Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.- Strong organizational and administrative skills- Enthusiastic positive individual - Able to communicate effectively at all levels in a diverse and fast paced working environment- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality record- High energy level, dependable and comfortable performing multifaceted projects- Able to prioritize and ensure all requests are accommodated- Facilities and/or shipping & receiving experience a plus- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
