Designs and builds AI models and data architectures to improve business processes and system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and drive continuous improvement. Provides technical guidance, ensures adherence to governance standards, monitors project progress, and leverages AI and analytics to deliver actionable insights and automate data tasks aligned with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Builds and designs AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.

Develops technical solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.

Conducts experiments and evaluates AI initiative performance to support continuous improvement.

Supports technical innovation efforts and advancement of AI capabilities.

Provides technical guidance to AI and data teams.

Adheres to AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational goals.

Analyzes operational processes to resolve potential problems and recommends adjustments.

Monitors technical project progress and identifies manageable risks to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Drives efforts related to the automation of repeatable data preparation and integration tasks.

Applies AI and analytics for actionable insights to solve complex issues.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI and data.

Knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Experience in the financial services industry.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks.

Experience in planning and managing technical projects.
