Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX 75254 (Onsite)
Pay: $30-$36/hour

About the Opportunity
Our client, Conifer Health Solutions, is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leadership at its corporate headquarters in Dallas. This role requires a polished professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior executives, managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leaders
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
Process and manage expense reports and travel reimbursements
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
Organize leadership meetings, board meetings, and department events, including logistics, catering, and materials
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external business partners
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and provide solutions
Assist with departmental budget tracking, reporting, and administrative operations
Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
Support executive teams with special projects and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-8 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Experience coordinating executive travel and expense reporting
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years supporting C-suite executives
Concur experience
Experience creating organizational charts using Visio
Previous experience in a corporate headquarters environment

Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Potential flexibility for alternate schedules such as:
7:00 AM-4:00 PM
7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Onsite role with potential limited work-from-home flexibility after the first 30 days based on business needs and leadership support requirements
