Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour
Contract Length: 6+ Months (Potential for Extension)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support executive leadership within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives on anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, and serving as a trusted partner to Senior leaders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, executive presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support to executive and Senior leadership teams
Manage complex calendars, recurring meetings, and executive schedules
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports
Facilitate leadership meetings and executive presentations
Coordinate conference rooms, catering, meeting materials, and logistics
Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of leadership
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Track departmental initiatives, reports, and action items
Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
Support special projects and executive requests as needed
QualificationsRequired
5+ years of executive support experience
Strong background supporting Senior leaders in a corporate environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal supervision
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience supporting C-suite executives
Concur travel and expense management experience
Experience creating organizational charts or executive presentations
Prior experience working in a corporate headquarters environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
