Description Our client in the Oldwick area is looking to permanent an Administrative Assistant! This role is in office Monday-Friday 8:45-5pm. It is paying between $55-60k base salary depending on experience. Benefits include: Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k): with company match PTO: 15 days total (including 5 NJ sick days) Paid Holidays: 6 federal holidays What You'll Do Executive Support Manage the President's calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the President Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other executive logistics Help prioritize and manage day-to-day administrative needs Marketing & Business Development Proofread and format proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials Assist with special projects and marketing initiatives Learn and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support marketing efforts Client Experience Schedule client meetings and coordinate meeting logistics Prepare conference rooms, welcome boards, refreshments, and meeting materials Ensure technology and presentation materials are ready for client meetings Help create a detail oriented and welcoming experience for clients and visitors Office Administration Answer phones and greet visitors Order office, kitchen, and other supplies Run occasional business errands Coordinate office lunches, celebrations, and team activities Help maintain a clean, organized, and detail oriented office environment Team & Project Support Proofread documents and communications for accuracy and professionalism Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Assist with projects and other administrative needs as they arise Take ownership and pride in producing quality work and supporting the overall team
