Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing communication, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly. The successful candidate will serve as a dependable point of contact for visitors and callers while handling clerical tasks with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-office activities by welcoming visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized reception area.

Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and provide clear information when needed.

Perform a range of administrative support tasks, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and general office coordination.

Enter and update information in records with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Maintain organized office documentation and ensure important files are easy to retrieve and up to date.

Assist with day-to-day operational needs by supporting staff with routine clerical and administrative requests. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist capacity.

Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound calls in a courteous and attentive manner.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on precision and consistency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficiency with standard office tools and general administrative procedures.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
