· Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 04:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

· Process membership cancellation requests in Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and related systems.

· Maintain and update cancellation tracking logs and member records.

· Process membership agreement changes and account updates.

· Handle FBC+ cancellation requests and related documentation.

· Respond to member inquiries regarding cancellations, billing, refunds, and account status.

· Process member refunds accurately and within established timelines.

· Maintain electronic member files and records.

· Participate in team meetings and support departmental initiatives.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance when handling sensitive customer information.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1 year of experience in accounting,

High school diploma or higher.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
